Jersey Proper started in 2024 because good businesses kept hiring the wrong studios. The brand shops didn't understand product. The product shops didn't understand operations. And the agencies that claimed both made decks, not software.

I take a few engagements at a time and do the work myself. Properly means I get the structure right before the surface, and I don't hand off work I wouldn't ship myself.
